description: A split screen examination of a marriage falling apart from each partner's perspective. 

Threes

short (29 pgs.) | written 2022

description: A middle aged husband and wife are confronted with the secrecy in their relationship through a series of chance encounters instigated by a meeting between the husband and his deranged psychiatric client. The story is told in a dual narrative, wherein the first act is told from the husband's perspective, the second act from the wife's perspective, and the third being the rejoining of the two.

Trail

feature film (120 pgs.) | written 2022

description: A mid-twenties woman leaves the city with her brother and their small group of friends to take a camping trip in the Northern California redwoods. Upon arrival, they meet a local family who agrees to take them on a guided backpacking trip through the woods. Led by a guide, they hike along a trail which makes the interior world exterior and brings unresolved conflicts to the surface. As the group gets separated from one another they are forced to confront emanations of the subconscious.

The Cleanse

feature film (121 pgs.) | written 2021

description: Aspiring actor (Adam) and his girlfriend (Maja) move from their hometown to Los Angeles at the persuasion of actor friend Jasper. Jasper is part of an exclusive self-help and social networking group known as The Cleanse, whose message focuses on self-interested behavior. As Adam is immersed deeper in The Cleanse, his morality is questioned.

The story runs two parallel character developments; being, Maja's transformation into a more selfless person, and Adam's transformation into a more selfish person. The story asks the question of whether self-interested behavior is "bad," and whether or not anybody is checking.
